Heni Mokni crowned Champion of France 2024

It was just before midnight when the €1,000 8-max Main Event of the French Championship by PMU.fr at the Pasino Grand in Aix-en-Provence came to an end. Online qualifier Heni Mokni claimed victory, earning €75,000 by beating Hugues Girard (runner-up, €49,574), who had already finished second in the Heads Up, and Alexis Rozenblat (3rd, €35,400). Mokni took home the trophy, the gold medal, and a WSOP Las Vegas Main Event package worth €11,000.

This triumph rounds off a packed two weeks in the South-East with 4 French Champions crowned: Julien Mariani in the 6-max, Nicolas Dumont in the Heads-Up, Jérémy Palvini in Omaha, and Heni Mokni in the 8-max Main Event. Starting the final as the chipleader, Marseillais Julien Mariani stayed calm to claim victory in the €500 6-max event. He secured the title of French Champion and the top prize of €44,600.
