François Arnou-Laujeac triumphs at UDSO Gujan-Mestras

A historic fixture on the Unibet DeepStack Open circuit, the Gujan-Mestras stage has just set a new attendance record for the traditional €550 Main Event! There were 618 entrants at the Casino JOA in Gujan-Mestras for a total prize pool of €290,707.20.

On this August weekend, the poker room in the south-west of France was fully booked, both for the main and side tournaments, and the Main Event crowned a local resident of the Bassin d'Arcachon. François Arnou-Laujeac took home €50,500, beating Team Pro Unibet and two-time UDSO winner Alexandre Reard (runner-up, €31,700) and Southanou Mounsaveng (3rd, €22,647.20).

The next UDSO dates are in Cluj, Romania, from 27 August to 1 September, and in Marrakech from 20 to 29 September, before returning to France with Texapoker from 29 October to 3 November at the Casino Impérial in Annecy.
