Mathieu Choffardet Crowned Champion at FPO Lyon

Recently renamed Pasino Grand La Tour-de-Salvagny, the former Casino du Lyon Vert hosted a new stage of the France Poker Open (Season 6) from October 8 to 13. The Texapoker and PMU Poker teams came together once again to offer a memorable festival to the many players present.

A total of 600 entries participated in the €600 Main Event, where young player Mathieu Choffardet, known for his content on YouTube and social media, took the win for €50,500. He beat Slimane Mameche (runner-up, €33,500) and Nicolas Faber (3rd, €24,200). The final table also included local player Ricardo Manquant (6th, €11,850), two-time FPO champion Adrien Guyon (7th, €9,450), and Julien Achard-Stropoli (8th, €7,550).

In the €1,200 High Roller, Olivier Obadia claimed the trophy and the €21,150 prize from a field of 67 entrants. The next FPO event hosted by PMU.fr will be the final stop of the season at Casino JOA in Gujan-Mestras from November 12 to 17.
