The IPO Sanremo and its guaranteed €1 million returns in 2025

The Italian Poker Open is back in 2025 at the Sanremo Casino in Italy, still organised by Texapoker and EuroRounders. The festival will take place from 3 to 13 May and this year will combine IPO and EPO. The €550 IPO Main Event will offer a guaranteed €1 million, while the €1,100 European Poker Open will be played as a Mystery Bounty.

The full schedule can be found below, with 7 Day 1s for the €550 Main Event starting on Saturday 3 May and running until Saturday 10 May. 40,000 starting chips will be on offer over 45-minute levels (then 60 minutes on Days 2 and 3 and 75 minutes for the final Day). On Days 1A to 1D, 25 €490 IPS tickets will be distributed to the biggest stacks on each day. Each Day 1 will end with the field down to 15% of the remaining players, qualified for Day 2 and ITM.
