WPT Prime Aix-en-Provence, a new structure for 2024

Texapoker is proud to continue its partnership with the WPT in 2024. Three new stages of the World Poker Tour in its Prime format will take place from the end of January 2024 at the Pasino Grand in Aix-en-Provence, the Casino di Sanremo in Italy and the Club Circus in Paris.

It all kicks off from 26 January to 5 February at the Pasino Grand in Aix-en-Provence with a new structure for the €1,100 Main Event (01 to 05/02), approved by WPT Tournament Director Matt Savage. Indeed, 50,000 starting chips will be offered to players with levels of 40 minutes on Days 1 and 60 minutes on Days 2 and 3. 4 starting days are scheduled including a Day 1D Turbo with levels of 20 minutes. Each Day 1 will end with 12.5% of the field remaining, i.e. the ITM.

To open the festival, a €300 KO Progressif Opener will take place, followed by a €500 WPT Classic and a €750 WPT Knockout. Numerous side tournaments will also be on the programme, such as the €200 and €300 WPT Superstack, the €200, €300 and €500 WPT Regular, the €200 Bounty ITM, the €300 WPT Closer, the €200 and €300 Freezeout and the €2,200 High Roller on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 February.

WPT Prime 2024 dates:
* 26 January to 5 February at the Pasino Grand in Aix-en-Provence.
* 31 May to 10 June at the Sanremo Casino in Italy.
* 14 to 27 October at the Club Circus in Paris.

The overall winner of the Main Event will win a seat at the 2024 WPT World Championship at the Wynn Las Vegas. Online qualifying for all three stages of the year will once again take place at PMU.fr .
